Our Best of Rome in a Day tour has packed all of her main treasures into a one-day itinerary. You will leave Florence very early in the morning and take a train to Rome where your guide will be waiting for you! Your guide will lead you to the Colosseum, the world's most famous amphitheater, illustrating its awe-inspiring structure and recreating the days when it was filled with the sounds of roaring animals, crowds, and the clashing swords of gladiators. Take a break for lunch at your own expense. After this, you will visit the Vatican Museums. Here, Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel sits alongside works by Botticelli, Perugino and Bernini. You will exit directly into St. Peter's Basilica, the world's largest Christian church. (the order of the sites might vary)

Meeting and drop-off point
Your guide will meet you at Santa Maria Di Novella Train Station. At check-out, before your purchase is confirmed, you will be kindly asked to confirm this central meeting point at the train station.

Your guide will await your arrival at the designated meeting point for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled start time. Unfortunately, missed tours are non-refundable.
We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, as this experience involves considerable time on foot.
