You will be led to the one and only Gladiator School in Rome, the first school ever to teach the discipline of gladiator fighting in a quite charming location. Under the guidance of expert instructors, you will step into the sandals of a Roman gladiator, donning traditional attire and handling real training weapons. Your experience will begin with an introduction to the history and culture of gladiatorial combat, exploring the significance of the games, the honor of the fighters, and the complex relationship between gladiators and Roman society. Then, you'll move on to the physical aspect of the training. The skilled trainers, themselves steeped in the ancient martial techniques, will teach you how to wield weapons.

Meeting and drop-off point
Your guide will meet you at your Hotel. At check-out, before your purchase is confirmed, you will be kindly asked to leave the written address of your accommodation or potential meeting point. This implies the name of the hotel, bed & breakfast or residence in which you will be staying as long as it is situated within the city centre.

Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection and a water bottle. Valid photo identification for all participants is required

Your guide will await your arrival at the designated meeting point for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled start time. Unfortunately, missed tours are non-refundable.
We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, as this experience involves considerable time on foot.
